Should we upgrade to beta 1.8?

So it has come to my attention that minecraft beta 1.8 is coming soon. We have to decide whether we should stay on 1.7 until bukkit can release the new version. Or if we upgrade to beta 1.8 and we go vanilla. Please post yes or no in the replies. This is really important to know. Note: If we do upgrade, then the map will b trmperarally lost (the vanilla map will be new and temporary) Thanks guys!

I would say wait for Bukkit, so we can have all the good stuff, instead of just plain old vanilla.
